
- The International Young Folklore festival of Bidasoa is going to be from the 23rd to the 29th of July.
- It is not a competitive festival.
- Participating ages have to be between 10 and 16 years old.
- The highest quantity of members for each group is going to be 35. Dancers, musicians, people in charge and drivers (if they were) are included.
- The maximum number of adults they can come, that aren’t musician, is 5.
- Participating groups need a medical insurance which has to afford all illnesses and accidents costs.
- Participating groups are obliged to take part in all activities organized by the Festival.
- Each participating group must bring their countries flat, and besides, all musicians must be dressed up with their traditional clothes.
- The organization of the festival is not going to pay any transport cost out of the festival dates. If the mean of transport is a plain, the festival will offer you a bus service from the airport to the accommodation and also, during the festival to move from one place to another.
- The festival will pay the oil consumed during it and also will pay 0’ 80€ per each kilometre travelled. Money will be given at the end of the festival.
- Performances will be at about 15 minutes, but groups must be prepared to perform 20 minutes too.
- Music must be performed live; play-back or recorded music is not going to be admitted.
- The festival will afford the costs of the accommodation and maintenance of all participating members during this.
- Accommodation will be in a school or hostel.
- The group that offers an exchange will have preference at the time of being chosen to go to the festival.
- Each group will be responsible of the damages that could be caused to the facilities or also to materials or instruments of other groups by participating members during the festival.
- Participating groups must keep strictly arriving and departing days, suited by the organization.
